Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here are the guidelines for cancellations:

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email (fanzaherbalproducts@gmail.com) or phone (+91 8547951351). If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot process a cancellation. However, you may still return the product according to our Refund and Return Policy (outlined below).

2. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If we send the wrong product or size, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a full refund or exchange for the correct product.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return for refund, please follow these steps:

    2. Provide the order number and details of the product.
    3. Return the item in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging) to the address mentioned below: Return Address:

    4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Some products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Products that are used or worn
    • Products not returned in original condition

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For Other Returns: If you are returning the product for other reasons (such as change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
